Northwest Immigrant Rights Project is happy to announce it will be hosting a free "Know Your Rights" presentation for immigrants on Saturday April 1, 6-7:30 pm at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 1428 22nd Avenue. (22nd Ave. at Louisiana Street in Longview)
The 90 minute presentation will answer immigrant questions and concerns including what to do if you are approached by a police officer or immigrant official, your legal rights and how to respond to different issues.
The presentation will be conducted in Spanish and led by NWIRP legal staff members. Someone will translate the presentation into English for advocates.
