Now in 2024, Gartner has an even more dire warning about Trump: that there are increasing signs the former president is heading fast down the road toward dementia." -- Jay Kuo, Status Kuo newsletter, April 11, 2024 Jay Kuo's interview with Dr. Gartner highlights numerous specific behavioral indicators of Trump's cognitive decline. Worth reading the interview and readers' comments.  THEY SAID WE COULDN'T DEFEAT LNG. BUT WE DID. WE CAN DEFEAT TRUMP, TOO.   For 12 years area activists worked to stop a massive fossil fuel terminal and pipeline proposed for Warrenton. They raised money, testified at hearings, demonstrated, wrote letters to the editor, worked with Columbia Riverkeeper's scientific and legal staff, and provided a steady flow of information to area residents about the proposal. This persistent local opposition triumphed eight years ago on April 15, 2016 when Oregon LNG admitted defeat of its fossil fuel export facility and pipeline proposed for the Skipanon Peninsula, on the Columbia River.    Defeating Oregon LNG took 12 years.
