Trump, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and their congressional allies are intensifying their relentless assault on the civil rights of our hardworking immigrant families AND the rights of local governments which--as NY AG Eric Schneider points out--have “broad authority under the Constitution to not participate in federal immigration enforcement.”

--This Monday, Sessions pledged to strictly enforce rules that would revoke federal law enforcement funding for sanctuary states and cities.
