HOLLYWOOD AND TRUMPISM
Good can triumph over evil, as in the real events and people shown in these outstanding films. The bonus features are worth watching, too.

• Trumbo - Bryan Cranston stars as Dalton Trumbo, the award-winning screenwriter who led the fight against the Hollywood blacklist during the anti-communist hysteria of the 1940's-50's.
.
• Good Night, and Good Luck- George Clooney, Robert Downey, Jr., and David Strathairn show the struggle to oppose Joe McCarthy, to preserve a free and independent press - and to make television that educates and informs, as well as entertains.

• All the President's Men - Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford are Woodward and Bernstein, the two young reporters who unearthed Watergate, the corruption and lies at the heart of the Nixon White House.

INDIVISIBLE OREGON'S TUESDAY CALL OF THE WEEK
Tell your Members of Congress: No More Money to DHS

Last month Congress passed a flawed spending bill, gifting $4.6 billion to the Trump administration to continue their inhumane anti-immigrant campaign at the border. More budget talks lay ahead and we demand that our Members of Congress work for a budget that provides humanitarian aid for those suffering at hands of ICE/CBP and no additional money to DHS while calling for an immediate impeachment inquiry over the illegal conditions in these camps.

ACTION PRIORITIES
How will your Members of Congress know what you want if you don't tell them?

•  Contact ONLY elected officials who represent you so you don't dilute the power of actual constituents.
•  It's more effective to contact your MoC about one issue at a time.
•  Be sure to tell your MoC when you agree with their positions and votes.

Contact YOUR elected officials here.  For current action items, visit www.incoregon.org and www.indivisible.org.
