BACKGROUND:
Trump’s crimes, corruption, and lies known no bounds and we have pushed for immediate impeachment hearings, for months. We must keep calling and make it clear that hearings exposing these crimes, corruption, and lies must happen NOW.
Representatives Blumenauer, Bonamici, and Defazio along with Senators Wyden and Merkley have heard us. We must continue calling and implore them to keep their voices loud and help their colleagues understand the urgency of this moment.
Representatives Schrader and Walden have been silent. To be silent is to be complicit. We must keep calling them, so they understand it is their duty to uphold the constitution and have impeachment hearings now.
We know it is hard to keep calling. But things are moving on Capitol Hill and may be reaching a critical mass. We must keep calling and insist Congress have immediate impeachment hearings to stop Trump from destroying our country and to expose his crimes, corruption and lies.
