When damning information was published about Trump’s taxes, Trump excused it, saying losses “for tax purposes” and “re-negotiating” with banks “was sport.” But far from being the savvy master of “the art of the deal,” Trump is a con man. It’s no wonder he’s refused to release his tax returns, unlike every major presidential candidate since Nixon! He:
- Lost nearly $1.2 BILLION during 1985-1994
- Didn’t pay taxes in 8 of those years
- Was a bigger loser than almost any other taxpayer
Donald Trump, it is not sport to:
- Pass the “Trump Tax Scam,” benefiting you and cronies while running up historic levels of debt that you seek to retire through Medicare/Medicaid/Social Security cuts
- Abuse bankruptcy laws to dodge your lawful obligations
- Violate tax laws to evade taxes
- Obstruct Congress’s lawful demands to obtain your tax and financial records
- Lie about your financial ties to Russian interests
Trump has one success. “He is the greatest con man in American history,” says conservative David Brooks.
But the con is ending. 14 states, including Oregon, are proposing laws requiring presidential candidates to release tax returns to appear on the ballot.
