OPEN ASTORIA SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY

URGENT! Open Astoria School Board Vacancy! Hello Astoria INCO Members! If you're an INCO member looking to make an immediate impact to your community and you live in Astoria, you may qualify for for the open vacancy on the Astoria School Board!  A Board member has vacated their position, leaving a seat open for appointment.  Several qualified candidates have already filed--but we want to make sure that ALL interested parties have a chance to throw their hat in the ring.  The appointee will serve on the Astoria School Board as a regular member from the time of appointment through June 2018.  They will be eligible to run for election at the end of their term. Applicants must submit a formal application and attend an interview meeting during the week of October 30th, with the winner of the appointment serving at their first official meeting on Wednesday November 8th!
