INDIVISIBLE OREGON Daily Call to Action | Investigate Trump's Relationship with Russia

From the INDIVISIBLE Oregon Facebook page:

**CALL TO ACTION**
Tuesday, February 14th
It’s Valentines Day! And the last thing we want? Favoritism to Russia, with love.
Prior to Trump’s inauguration, his former-campaign-advisor-turned-National-Security-Advisor Michael Flynn met with the Russian ambassador. US intelligence sources revealed that Mr. Flynn advised the ambassador to hold off on responding to President Obama’s sanctions against Russia, as Trump was likely to be softer on Russia. This action violated the Logan Act which bans private citizens – which Flynn was at the time – from engaging in foreign policy. Flynn resigned last night due to this and other scandals brewing as a result of his conduct.
But there is more to the story: Although Trump and Pence have denied knowing about the conversation in question, reports now suggest that they were indeed warned by the acting US Attorney General (who has since been fired) that Flynn posed a significant security risk -- over a month ago.
FLYNN'S RESIGNATION ISN'T ENOUGH. We need a thorough and transparent investigation into Trump’s relationship with Russia to fully understand all the implications.
Updates: Merkley, Wyden, Blumenauer and Bonamici have all made statements condemning Flynn and/or calling for an investigation. Let them know we're counting on them to MAKE the investigation happen asap -- and make it public.
***ACTION 1: CALL BOTH OUR SENATORS
