"(This) political roundtable looks at the Supreme Court’s conservative tilt as another term concludes, this one marked by ethics scandals and landmark rulings. With Susan B. Glasser, Jane Mayer, and Evan Osnos" • "I am more deeply troubled by the cases’ tortured legal reasonings, which in the service of an apparent political agenda upend decades of established precedent and grant the Court an astonishing amount of power," writes Jay Kuo, an attorney and board member of Human Rights Campaign, about the implications of these rulings in his newsletter, Status Kuo. WORTH READING! • Acclaimed attorney Neal Katyal explains the basics about the US Supreme Court by answering five questions from fellow attorney Joyce Vance.  "PATRIOTIC DEFIANCE" "As Americans, we have a charge to keep, a beacon to keep alight, especially now, as minoritarian tyranny has taken hold of our institutions.
