Create Change with #GivingTuesday!
After a weekend busy with eating, visiting, and shopping, tomorrow is dedicated to giving. #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that invites everyone to celebrate the holiday season by giving back and creating change in their communities.
Join us in this national day of generosity by donating $10 to Indivisible North Coast Oregon to help fuel our work in 2019!
Indivisible North Coast Oregon is proud of the accomplishments that you have helped us achieve over the past two years, and we are thankful for your continued support of our work.

We've rallied for the Rule of Law and for keeping Families Together. We got out the vote for Measure 101 and against Measure 105. We Stormed the Midterms for progressive candidates up and down the ballot, including our own Tiffiny Mitchell to represent us in HD 32. As we plan for next year, we hope to continue to strengthen our progressive network.
INCO is completely volunteer run. Your donation will support the direct costs of our local organizing -- things like meeting room rental, posters, art supplies, stamps and more. In 2019, we'll be hosting a Women's March, gathering to Speak Truth at our Regional Summit, encouraging local activists to Run for Something, and advocating for our values with state and federal representatives.
Chip in $10 today so Indivisible North Coast Oregon can continue to organize and build power in 2019!
Thank you for the support!

Action Needed! Protect Immigrants

The Trump administration is proposing a new immigration regulation that would deny green cards to tax-paying immigrants who access basic public services such as Oregon Health Plan and SNAP. This could impact 291,000 people in Oregon alone, including 113,000 Oregonian children - you can find a fact sheet on how this will impact our local community here.

You can fight back in a big way just by
leaving a short public comment here.  Federal law requires the government to read and consider each unique comment before making a final decision, so your comments are a meaningful way to stand up to a policy that would hurt Oregon families.
Redistricting Reform
Let's put the process of redistricting back into the hands of voters.Voters should be choosing their representatives—not representatives choosing their voters. We can do this by amending the Oregon Constitution to create an independent redistricting commission.
The Portland League of Women Voters is taking on this issue, and INCO's Vote the Future team will be doing so also. For more on what we can do, visit the redistricting reform website.

"No man is above the law and no man is below it: nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it."  -- Theodore Roosevelt
ACTION PRIORITIES
Focus on the issues you care about most

A Good Ask for Your Members of Congress is:

• SPECIFIC: Time-limited and precise
• STRATEGIC: You know what it will accomplish
• SEEABLE: You can see when they respond

Members of Congress care about getting re-elected. Contact ONLY elected officials who represent you. You don't want to dilute the power of actual constituents!

Contact YOUR elected officials here.
